FAQs

  • I like to have at least 2 days’ notice prior to each shoot, however, I understand the real estate world moves fast and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. In that case please reach out and if my schedule permits I will do everything I can to help you out.

  • Not at all! Obviously, the weather doesn’t affect the interior, however, it will show up on the windows and can’t be edited out. I enjoy both rain and snow so exteriors aren’t an issue either. The only issue is flying a drone in the weather, it is possible but also discouraged as it can disrupt the operation of the drone and could be potentially dangerous. If you are looking for drone photos we can postpone for a clearer day at no additional cost.

  • I try not to take more than 1.5hrs at the most. This depends on the square footage and lot size of the listing.

  • Nope. I am perfectly comfortable operating on my own and will leave the home all buttoned up. At the time of booking please let me know if there are any specifics of what to, or not to, photograph as well as how I can gain access to the home.

  • This is a wonderful option offered with my services. At the time of delivery, you will receive the images available for download for you to add to MLS. The marketing kit will provide premade website of just the listing with all of the information, a link you can post on social media and share with prospective buyers. You will also have premade flyers that you can customize to your liking.

  • Images are delivered within 24-48 hours. I understand the market moves fast and rushed deliveries can be necessary. If this is the case, please let me know at the time of booking or as soon as you know this will be required, as there will be an additional $75 fee.

  • You will receive an email and/or text message when the images are ready. You will log into the account you created and be able to download your images there. If you would like them delivered in another way I have other options available, yet this is the most streamlined.

  • Nope! If you are not logged in when you place an order, you will be asked for your name, company, email, and phone number, that info will create an account for you automatically.

  • While this is designed to speed everything up for the realtor, it is not required. Please email or call me with the specifics and I can put together an invoice for you, which you can also securely pay online if you wish.

  • Via the order form or sent invoice, any debit or credit card is accepted. I also accept other digital payments as well as checks.

  • Legally, standard practice in the photography industry states that the photographer retains indefinite ownership of all images unless otherwise stated and agreed upon via a written contract. Once the delivered photos are paid in full, however, you have full rights and privileges to use the images to market your homes in any way you’d like! This includes everything except distributing copies of the photos or granting access to third parties. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page for a more in-depth explanation.

  • 24 hours notice is sufficient if you need to change or reschedule your appointment. However, I understand that unforeseen situations arise when listing a property, if there is an issue beyond your control please let me know as soon as possible. However, if I am en route or arrive at the property and it is not photo-ready and you wish to reschedule there will be a flat fee of $185.
